Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping worldwide.
All items are shipped via
UPS,DHL,Fedex,TNT,EMS,Sodex,suject to our customers
need.All orders are processed before being shipped.
Processing time takes 1-2 business days. Once processing
is done, items are shipped, it will take 2-3 days
thereafter to get the shipped merchandise. In total, it
will take 1 week to get your merchandise. Items are
processed and shipped Monday-Friday excluding
holidays.Customers are responsible for providing a full
valid address, including apartment number if applicable,
for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail
forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a
vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will
be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers
are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the
package, and SoleSold will not be responsible for
returned orders due in part by customer negligence.
Order Tracking
Upon receipt of your payment, your order will begin
processing the next business day.Customers are
responsible in checking their order status.
We will tracking number within 24 hours once order
placed.
Returns
Should you receive the incorrect size, you may return
the item within 15 days of receiving it. Please contact
us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any
returns so we can provide the correct instructions on
returning the item.
Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you
must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital
picture of the item received.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the
shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor
color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit
(due in part of error by the customer), I would rather
have a different shoe.
Should you wish to return the item for any other reason,
please contact us and we may look into it.

Item and Availability
All items are subject to availability. In some
instances, items may go out of stock right after an
order has been placed. Special discounts and offers are
available on a first come first serve basis due to
limited available quantity. All the items are in US
Men's Size, unless otherwise stated.in some cases,if
customer order a half size shoes,and our half size shoes
out of stock,we wil send a full size shoes, for example,
if customer order a size 9.5 shoes, and we have no 9.5
shoes in stock,we will send a size 10 to customer. All shoes are in
Brand New dead stock condition.Customers allow to change
style/size after sent money,but not allow to change
style/size once shippment is processed.
